Who`s Behind All This?
The Owner Hey, okay second time redoing this. My name is Sarah & im in my teenage years (oh the best years of my life...supposedly.). Im the type of girl who breaks out into song, only remembers things for like 10 seconds, starts drama ;], wears funky clothes, has bursts of energy, drinks way too much dr.pepper, and adores my friends to death. Speaking of which, ive never had to deal with death...but even if its on a tv show, i`ll cry. I figure skated for two years of my teenage life & am now currently playing ice hockey for my school's team. Its such a different sport, but im head over heels in love with it. Fave movies include Go Figure & Mean Girls. I have an addiction with the Gossip Girl series - i screamed when i heard people were going to produce the books into a tv show. I have a very sad weak spot for bingo & Hilary Duff. Oh, but my all time favorite singer/band would have to be Aly & Aj. They're such a fresh face to the music industry! I love them. One more thing -- see i told you i remember things for ten seconds & then forget what i was going to say!-- im OBSESSED with The Best Years & Degrassi. OBSESSED I TELL YOU! Mwgagahahahah! Heh, okay i believe im done for now =] OH! and i want to major in webdesign when i get to college :]
The Co Owner Heyy, its Christine here! I`m in my teenage years, living in the states, and I love Callistea! ( And Sarah too =D) I help with various things, including scribbles, funky circles, and more. Im good at coming up with new ideas too XD
The Scribbler Ello, Krissy here! I'm in my pre-teen(ish) years. I'm what you would call a hyper, joy-filled, giggly, cheery girl. I'm into lots of kawaii/cutsey things. I love the colors purple and lime green. A lot of my friends would describe me as a hippie because I'm all Pro-life, peace, no war, and yeah. I'm not a real hippie although, this one time I dressed as one for some 70's thing, and let me tell you, their clothes are comfortable. Okay... I'm getting off topic. >< I like apple cider, fruit punch, and chocolate milk. MOO! I'm very forgetful. I wish I could skateboard... it looks so cool! And the guys who skateboard are even cooler <3 I enjoy daydreaming. I'm basically very bouncy and cheery almost 75% of my life. I'm very friendly, if you're on my good side. Story Time!
And this is how it goes...
It all started off with a little 12 year old wanting to learn technology and html. Her name was Sarah. Okay, enough talking like that! First, the site was called Ice Swirls and it was hosted by freewebs. It didnt get very far... Then Jocelyn (from what used to be virtual simplicity..and then she was co-host of Saruna. Now she has her own site at UrbanPhase.com.) was generous to offer me free subdomain hosting. I learned LOADS from her, she`s amazing at everything that she does <3. Soon after, Virtual Simplicity expired, so I needed to find a new host. I was lucky enough to find Lola. Shes pretty awesome too, so check her out. Then I kind of got bored of webdesign, and kinda

I was on a train going to New York and I really tried hard to come up with something unique. I even tried combining words like Cosmo and Tart. That was the runner up name for this site - Cosmotart but doesnt someone have that? Hmph. So i tried and tried and nothing seemed to work. I went online and onto google i typed in "list of interesting words". Yes thats how ingenious I am, mwgaga. I found a word called Callista which, in Greek, translates to Most Beautiful. I wanted it to be alittle original, so i stuck the "e" in there and that's how Callistea was made!
